This is the Review of X-Men Days of Future Past.

Story:- The basic story of the movie is that a weapons designer who hates mutants develop a weapons programs to kill all mutants called the &#8220;Sentinels&#8221; they are high tech bots, and they have a special capability that adapts them to any form of mutant powers. They start to hunt mutants but eventually they started attacking everyone who helps mutants even humans and the humans who&#8217;s future generation will be born mutant, the x-men team, consisting of Prof. X, magnito, wolverine, kitty, iceman and some other mutants, are some of the few mutants left on the planet, kitty a mutant girl has the ability so send someone&#8217;s conscious back in time, this means that the body stays here but his mind goes back in his younger body back in time. Xavier and Magnito decides to send Wolverine back in time, to stop the incident that triggered the Sentinel Program, wolverine goes back in time of Vietnam and tries to bring together Xavier and magnito who are enemies in that time, and stop the incident and change the future to a future where the sentinels would not have been created,, they do succeed in doing so and a new course of future gets created.

The Incident that Triggered Sentinels:-
It starts from where the X-Men first class left off, after mystique left prof X, mangito gets arrested for JFK assassination, but its reveled later that he did not do it, mystique now works alone but for the mutant cause that magnito gave her, when the sentinel program was just starting off the person who was responsible was a guy named Dr Tarak, mystique would assassinate him but would be captured , its her DNA that will give the sentinels the ability to adapt any mutant power and hence destroy all mutants in the future,,

When Wolverine goes back in time and prof x and magnito along with jimmy logan and hank (Beast) reached the place where mystique would assassinate Dr Trask, magnito tries to kill mystique to save all the mutants of the future as its her DNA that would lead to the Sentinels, but mystique survives, after the failed assassination Dr Trask takes his sentinels program directly to the President himself and convinces him to continue the program, at this stage he has the basic sentinel driods but without the ability to adapt to mutant powers, but magnito modifies the droids so that he can control them and takes them to the meeting where they sentinels were supposed to be displayed, Xavier beast and wolverine along with mystique stops him and hence the future changes.

Action Scenes:-
There are 5 action scenes in the whole movie,
The 1st fight scene is in the future where the mutants fight the indestructible sentinels, iceman and other mutants get killed in that fight scene, but since kitty takes a mutant back in time they would not go there and hence the future changes,
The 3nd and 4th fight scenes are both mystique, first in an army base and second during the assassination of Dr tarak. This one includes magnito and beast and they fight it out in the public
The 2nd fight scene is when prof x and wolverine and a mutant who has super speed breaks magnito out of a special prison that is in the center of the Pentagon.
The final fight scene is fought in present and in future simultaneously, on one side the future x-men team is trying to hold the position where kitty is using her powers to keep wolverine&#8217;s mind back in time and on the other side magnito tries to kill the human president and Dr Trask with the modified sentinels.


The starting and the ending future part of the fight scene are the best one around the second best is the one when Xavier and wolverine breaks out magnito, in the last future part of the fight, all the mutants that is storm, ice man, and other mutants die but since the past gets changed the future gets changed too, this movie is very nicely directly not much time has been wasted to show things that are not necessary to the base story line, although this movie is not a wolverine movie, he does not even have his Adimentium blades yet, he still has his bone claws just like from X men Wolverine Origin. Although he has worked really hard on his body, this is the best wolverine body you have seen until now. But not much use as he does not really have the metal claws that makes him what he is,

The Altered Time Line:
In the end of the movie its shown that not only all of the X-men are alive along with Prof X but also Gene Gray and Scott (Cyclops) are alive as well, this is coz gene killed Cyclops when she became phoenix and that would not happen now since the two people who needed to be together for this event magnito and mystique are not together, since magnito tried to kill mystique she would not work with him again,
Also that wolverine may never had metal claws as mystique finds him first in the present time rather than General Striker,

This can be said to be the last movie of the X-men series, everything goes back to normal, and its not clear what happened to Magnito, the humans and mutants are living peacefully and the whole x-men family is united again, personally I like magnito in this movie not only he projects himself as the ideal villain when he needs to he also pulls off some really cool stunts, like flying a stadium with himself and putting it around white house so that he can isolate the president, also when he pulls off the rail tracks and attack them to the sentinels as views so that he can control them later, storm has a very little role also the other mutants, the only 5 main people in this movie are Xavier Magnito Beast Wolverine and Mystique. Wolverine&#8217;s character is only a person who takes you to this journey through time, when he finds Xavier back in time he is more like a junkie as mystique has left him also that his school has closed coz of the Vietnam war, beast developed a serum that would enable Xavier to walk but that would suppress all his mutant skills.

I will give it a 5.6/10 a decent fast meaningful movie that you can watch.
