seems that sports lawyer has already said that the spl can't punish the newco for the sins of the oldco. So on that grounds how can they even think about voting them in when there is no legal grounds to sanction them. They need to pull the vote forward as they are running out of time to put dundee in the spl. Probably done on purpose?
According to the SPL's own rules this should be a 10-1 vote anyway. A total riddy that a club that isnt in the SPL gets a vote. The price of entry for the new club would be to adopt Rangers sanctions which I do not agree with. They wouldnt saddle dundee with them, so why Sevco 5088?
