That's not true. He found Hung perfectly with one of his 70 yard clearances.
He's going to cost Newcastle a few times this season...... it's all very well saving shots which he's good at but if he's the reason the side lost possession in the first place it doesn't count.

Don't know why they didn't just buy the land off the property owner when he was interested in selling. Suspect he is in on the whole thing as well but:

Probably because they thought £180,000 was a bit of a rip off. Possibly because they already know what they plan to do ground wise.
Be funny as **** if its a new ground and this berks bought £180,000 worth of tarmac
Would be funny if the founcil did a compulsory buy back for that bit of land for £1.
Maybe it would have pushed us over our PSR limit so we couldn’t afford it.

He has said that he was a Newcastle fan and would not stand in the way of any developments and that he would negotiate with Newcastle United for his property
Seems strange that he sells a small plot of land and then allows the new owner to fix a cctv onto his property to overlook the land he has just sold
I think the owner of the buildings is a lying twat and still has his finger in the pie
If pif want to buy up 300 square feet of property for car parking,
They could always put a bid in for my 10,000 sq ft place instead
