Fair play to Cardiff for continuing to fight and I think they might just survive. I wouldn’t be opposed to a gentleman’s draw with Newcastle. Just to help our respective points tallies keep the stragglers at bay
Reasons for Lemina's continued absence this weekend; 1) Stayed up late watching Game of Thrones and missed the bus 2) Relapse, back in hospital for stomach injury assessment 3) Mystery knock in training. ML's 49 game theory getting bigger by the day.
Three points would I think confirm our participation next year in the Premier League. A point would delay that until next week. To be fair a loss would do the same.
Rumours are he's getting new highlights put in his hair. Verdict: 8 weeks out and a couple hundred instagram posts.
Another interesting theory. But, would it be in our own interests to cover that up? I mean imagine the legalities of hiding it and trying to sell him, then it all coming out. I don't think we'd risk it. I think we'd let him take the heat for it......and rightly so IMO.
I know most of you are joking but people seem to be getting more serious, especially on saintsweb. I'm pretty sure it's just a medical problem thats not as straight forward as the normal football related breaks and strains. We have seen pictures of him in hospital. Footballers can get non football related problems and complications too. One of our youth even had his career ended by cancer recently. I just feel for the guy if the fanbase start turning against him when it's an issue he has no control over and may be far more frustrated than we are.
Another reason for more clarity? He's been back in training four times, and yet is miles off the bench. At this stage, it might be worth them giving us a little more info. If someone mentions privacy I'm logging off!
Good ideas , but lacking stamina to complete what should have been an entertaining read, 7/10 - can do better!
should be a good game this one. i think saints are playing the better football at present so no reason why saints cant get a result and hopefully move above 'castle in the process. important too as cardiff has proved they are still alive
