I bet you are gutted, especially as the fixture was changed, I had problems with work last year, I was told I would have to work Derby day, I quit my job:steam:

    ACS......I have a cunning plan.

I've got to pick my lad up from Manchester Airport at 2.00pm on Sunday, however I'm going to get there early and find a pub near the airport. If you can excuse yourself and go for a slash, hitch a lift across to the pub ( I'll let you know which one it is), I'll have the ales lined up for us.

When the game's finished I'll drop you back at the christening as Yorkshire's sort of one my way back to Leicestershire and no-one will be any the wiser...<ok>

So I wasn't alone in wondering why this was never mentioned!! Wigan was bad too. Previous derbies have not been too lucky too. I'm with you, we're due some luck and it has been storing up for one super massive dose on Thursday and Sunday

All the haters should read that from Demba and realise what a top bloke he is. He got an opportunity he couldn't knock back. He just keeps going up in my estimation. Like Nolan, I think he genuinely loved his time here.

I have no beef with Demba Ba he did what he felt was right for him. I'm going for a 2-1 win, Cisse and Taylor

Think there's more chance of a Cisse double.

Saylor keeps threatening but I have to say we need more people attacking the ball, he is literally the only one. Generally we are very poor at this in both open play and dead balls. I keep seeing people say "Simpson can't cross for ****", I disagree. He put in a few cracking balls on Saturday but the movement is crap to get on the end of them. Its notable Debuchy had fared little better in terms of creating chances with crosses. Simpson's crossing is not great but I think it is way too simple to think the problem ends there. The bigger problem is the lack of movement and lack of desire to get on the end of crosses. So much so I was very pleased to note Cisse's movement at the end of yesterdays game to get on the Anita cross and another one. He can improve but we need to two or three doing it at the same time.

If you watch Man U and Stoke (two of the better teams on dead balls), they have 4 or 5 guys unsettling everything all moving. We have people moving but there is no conviction/intelligence about it.

Well there's not many hints in this thread about the team you will put out..

Was hoping to read something to make me more positive....Buggers the lot of you.

Come on, who's gonna play, and divvint just say Shola that's all we need.

    Morning Comm.

I'd say we would put out the following team (I'm making some assumptions regarding injuries):

    Krul

    Debuchy
    Mbiwa
    Saylor
    Haidara

    Cabaye
    Tiote
    Guti
    Maveaux
    Sissoko

    Cisse

I think both HBA and Raylor will make the bench and be used... and that Shola will also come on at around the 70 mins mark.

    Alreet chippy mate.

Honestly have hardly watched your lot this season, some of the names i know little about.

Cabaye and Cisse, two i'm wary of. Looks like that midfield could ride rough shot over our's, i'm nervous as **** about this one.
