I feel the same, think we should give rests to the likes of Austin, Ross, Wootton/Pearce and maybe Murphy also.

It's a tough balance because playing in a big stadium against Premier League opposition can be a good experience for the younger players with potential.

Murphy has come from League 1 and needs to play his way into some form so I think he should play.

A lot of people criticised Grayson for going full strength against Man United and Spurs, but I think it was the right thing to do. It was doing it in the JPT that I had a problem with.

It's alright, if I fancy a brawl there's 4 builders outside my flat working, all wearing Newcastle shirts right now. The temptation to open the window and blast MOT is overwhelming...<whistle>

They didn't appreciate the musical interlude in their afternoon coffee break. Also didn't know where it was coming from, so I shouldn't get a brick through my window. Hopefully.... haha

    Cheers shaks! <cheers>

They called it a day shortly afterwards because theres a bit of a misting of rain as well. Thought Geordies were made of stronger stuff than this.

Good article that <ok> Loved the line about McDermott He may have only been at Leeds for a few months but he’s already shown he is the opposite of that arrogant scrimshanker Warnock, recently gushing “I feel I’ve been adopted here at Leeds and I owe the supporters”.

Can't be proper geordies if they are wearing shirts.

Mowatt & Smith both to start, along with Poleon. Good selection

Seems he will be giving a rest to a few then. In that case, I just hope we put in a good shift <ok>

I'm more interested in how Mowatt performs in a massive stadium. I wouldnt say its make or break but theres a chance for him to really impress and if we go out of the cup the fringe players chances of showing us what they can do will be limited.

I think this is the kind of game Diouf will relish, so lets hope we are still in it or winning near the end <cheers>

    Interesting lineup, I like it.

Anyone got a video link with English commentary? I have an Aljazeera link.
