EH hasn't been anywhere else, so whose he caught it from? Hope he's vaccinated but many players don't think that they need vaccination, so this has the potential to explode amongst the players. Tough 24 hours ... I guess that everyone involved in training will also be tested today. If there's a sizable outbreak, the game could be called off.

Not sure what tests they use, but lateral flow are less accurate than PCR. Not many false positives though.

Ha Ha, first reaction. On balance it's likely that routine testing happens daily, so most would have already have been tested, and were negative in the last few days.
That's what I hope anyhow.
