I already answered your question <doh>. The foul on Gabriel is objectively a foul. It should have been given and it was incompetence that it wasn't. If that was the other way around, you'd be fuming. I don't care what other ex-pros who don't understand the laws of the game say.

Would you like the names of the players that don't agree ?

Laws of the game can't determine that as a foul
do you want to yield ?

I really don't understand why you can't let this go. But whatever. I don't need to yield on anything, you're wrong on this. Not my problem if you don't want to accept it.

    Pictures are very misleading.

There's plenty saying it is and isn't a foul which is precisely the point I'm making.

Show me the laws of the game that prove its a foul that warrants overturning the referees online decision please.

You keep moving the goalposts and you keep changing your argument. Nice try, but I've made my point. I'll also remind you of this moment the next time you get screwed over by VAR. Something which you've benefited from in your previous game against Wolves too (VAR not overturning that ridiculous penalty when Schar dived and Hwang pulled out of the challenge). For now, enjoy your win. But you'll be on the wrong end of a decision some point in the future and when that happens, please don't expect any sympathy from anyone else.

    No I'm not

    The point is clear

    All 3 decisions are subjective.

You mentioned laws of the game so I've asked you very kindly for the laws to back up your claim.

And I've explained to you already why that's not the case. In fact, some ex-pros have explained to you why that's not the case.

If you want to bury your head in the sand, be my guest. Frankly, I'm bored of talking about this now.

I don't know why you're so fixated on this issue considering you won anyway. But this discussion has been to done to death.

Some pros argue it isn't a foul... why can't you understand this?

Please provide the laws as I've asked.

Because their rationale for why they're saying it's not a foul doesn't hold up to scrutiny. I also think when you have ex-Man Utd players like Neville and Ferdinand backing your corner, ex-players who have a bias against us from their playing days and have even admitted how they loathed Arsenal, it doesn't exactly strengthen your case.

Lol so you agree with the pros that agree with you.

All 3 are subjective why can't you understand that?

Now please provide the laws of the game that prove otherwise and that the refs on field decision should be overturned.

I agree with the pros who understand laws of the game. I disagree with the ones who don't.

    https://www.thefa.com/football-rule.../football-11-11/law-12---fouls-and-misconduct

The Joelinton foul on Gabriel quite literally meets the criteria here.

Now answer my question - why are you so obsessed about this when you won the game anyway?

Exactly so you accept all 3 were subjective.

Those laws do not prove anything and don't answer the question.

I'm keen to educate people on the reality of emotional decision making.

You've not answered my question. I asked you this before a couple of times too and you've conveniently ignored it. Why are you so obsessed about this when you won the game anyway?

I was waiting for you to answer mine as I asked it first and I've answered your question now.

Truth me you don't want to agitate me I'd rather focus on Tottenham mate

Good luck for the season thanks for the chat and well done for not biting.

    4 points. There's a handball as well.

But yeah - Arms are fully extended into the push, he's trying to knock Gabriel to the floor. It's a clear foul.

Because you know FULL well the same argument could be made for most incidents in football.

Shall we just scrap penalties, offsides, handballs and fouls unless we have conclusive proof?!.. It's not a muder investigation mate. In this case though - I would be happy if they would examine it more thoroughly.

    It's subjective in what way?
What are you smoking? There's subjective decisions being made all over the shop. As well as Incidents that go unnoticed.

Most of football would be scrapped - if we can't rely on subjectivity.

But sure we need more methods to ensure the objectively correct decision is made. Mics on the ref's & VAR assistants, could apply goal line style technology for offsides and the balls going out.

If this is genuine and not a spoof then it's pretty damning. Edit think it's fake. But an indictment on VAR that it wouldn't be all that surprising if it was real.
