As we're obviously en route to winning the league this one should be routine.

 

This is one of those games that we've got a marvellous chance of three points. So, knowing us.........

 

I wouldn't say it was a marvellous chance. Stoke have done well. But still....

 

When we have won a couple of games on the bounce we are a totally different prospect. The confidence factor makes a massive difference for us always.

 

Stoke are at the end of the day fairly ordinary. You just have to take the game to them and not let them settle into being organised.

 

Of course, excepting the two words "show some" by Mrs Chippy on a 'lucky' friday night.

 

2-3 in a messy game which all goes to pot.

 

We need to maintain 100% concentration and don't give them a minutes peace... Never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to this one, with it being Stoke and Al that horrible team.

Another day to upset expectations, I notice that the "Experts" are hedging their bets now and most predicting a draw after the last two matches and Swansea in particular, Toon win today with a clean sheet..............................talking of which NUUURRRRRSSSSE!!!!

 

stoke fan in peace. I have to say I really fancy this one. We are in good form at the moment and had a great start to the season beating Arsenal and could have beaten Man Utd but a point was still a great result. I have a mate whos a Geordie and we will be watching it in the pub together. I hope its a good game and may the best team win.

 

I am expecting a very boring game. Both teams are hard to break down. Hoping we can nick it 1-0, but in reality this is a much more difficult game than our last two.
