    Great photo of Romeu:

But sadly Vesty seems to have been put back together in a hurry:

Wouldnt surprise me if Romeu starts but Jannivk starts on the bench. Ralph seemed to strike more caution there.

Matchday, and dishwasher emptied just before I go to bed without the pressure of the kettle boiling.

I'm sure i would have won.

    3-1 Saints.

Spoonboy, you're not a factor in our success anymore. People are like parachutes, if they're not there the first time you need them, chances are you won't need them again :emoticon-0105-wink:

Talking of spoons and cutlery, Mrs No 7 said the other day

"Since you've been doing that ridiculous race with the kettle and dishwasher, at least I don't find any missed stuff in the dishwasher."

    If only she really looked....

    Incoming curve ball....

If Ralph is unsure about Ramsey, what about Redders at RB? One of his issues this season has been what appears to be lack of confidence going forward. I’ve always thought he worked well defensively with Ryan. I was just thinking that if given some specific instructions, I think he could give a disciplined performance there. Fullback is one of the easiest positions to give someone emergency, simple instructions to cover. The spanner would always be if the opponent has a tricky wide player, but for positioning for most of the game, it’s follow the touch line and stand next to the wide man (very simplistic I know and issues on covering CBS etc, but remember ... this is a curve ball).

We could have him there and Moussa in front of him and he’d also more likely scream at Moussa to help cover than Ramsey would. That would leave MiniMetro to play on Ryan’s side which might be good to ease him in to our style.

just to reiterate, this is just a curve ball, if there was any concern on Ramsey. Many a wide player had been converted to a full back.

Redders and Moussa on that side together could be a stroke of genius, or turn out to be the reincarnation of the chuckle brothers.

    Edit: Moussa not Ryan :

Did you have a bite of some weird cactus you’ve had for years?

Given that djnipple has had a go at both LB and RB it would not surprise me in the least. I give it a 3/10 as a recipe for succes tho.

as I said, a curve ball, but I think Redders could do that RB role if needed

Match day! Nervous to see the reaction of the players to this weeks humiliation, hopefully Ralph has them fired up as Newcastle are there for the taking

I’d love to see him succeed, but ...
going on his last performance I’d say even that pessimistic view is a considerably better bet than playing Ramsay
