I initially thought the dodgy subs he makes is down to having limited choices from the bench but it's become evident by bringing off an attacker (Marv) for a defensive (Perch) when it was blindingly obvious we needed to push for that second to be more comfortable in the game. The Cabaye sub was purely a fitness based decision because of his time away injured, I can understand that one.

Supporting NUFC is crazy. I'm being miserable with my kids and it's not their fault. How can you feel this angry inside yet still have fun with the bairns?

Unforgivable, this one. Inept to the core, Pards is now the problem. Sod all that squad-too-thin problem; if he had his way, we'd only bring in 2 anyway, so quite what mind-blowing difference that will make to the god-awful tactics.

I watched it online, and as I saw Marveaux trot off to be replaced by Perch I swear I turned to my old man and said "wtf is he doing? That's creativity gone - somehow 1-0 vs Reading is something to hang on to and I can guaran-effin-tee that they will now score". Rinse and repeat as Cabaye made his way off. I stare agog as Bigirimana is brought on, as if he hadn't been bad enough recently. Then, to get an equaliser, we turn to Obertan. It's almost as if Pardew is TRYING to fail. Either way, I'm done with him. He needs to go, so we can survive.

Not defending pardew but if cisse had maybe scored one of his chances when we were 1-0 up, we might have comfortably won

Pillow fights... take out some of that built up aggression in a playful manner (age dependant of course as I think it's slightly unfair doing it with a baby - toddlers are ok though!)

Ha! Same here - my daughter just said "are you cross at me daddy?!" - poxy club, awful manager. Even last season my vision of us as a club is turning - I swear we had the luckiest run in history now.

Pards just confirmed Cabaye came off due to a groin problem.

It's the lack of fight and closing down players that is causing these horrible results. Williamson should have stopped that cross - it is the most basic thing a defender has to do in front of goal. And the lack of stopping Reading pass for the second was defending of the worst kind.

We're deep deep in it now. Confidence and work ethic is nowhere near nearly all of that bunch.

And there isn't a leader out there ...

Definitely got the impression Pards was going to sit on a one goal lead, fair comment if Cabaye is injured, but he ripped the heart out the team, with his substitutions.
We played well the first half, Reading's keeper made some outstanding saves, we're not good enough to just sit on a one goal lead, and we paid heavily for his error in judgement.
How many times have we seen Pardew wait until it's too late to make a difference, and introduce substitutions late, yet today, he made a massive mistake taking off Marveau.
