    A few month ago this would have made me angry with the board but now for some reason it does nothing. I don't care any more.

    It's like I'm a dead and the person who killed me, shot me again even though I was already dead, the shot doesn't effect me because I'm dead.

    Says a lot about the person who shot me after I was dead though.

    I wouldnt care if they were just replacing the old sign, but it's like they think we arent aware of the existence of Sports Direct. He's only done this so it will be shown on TV when we're on sky. Free advertising.

    Was fooling myself he would at least have the dignity to make the sportsdirect sign slightly more inconspicous. It was always going to end this way though with the Newcastle United lettering now much more compact *sigh*

    Sad that this was what we all, deep down, expected. I know people will say 'football is a business now so it's common sense to advertise'. Maybe so, but the Sports Direct logo is anywhere and everywhere at SJP, surely this historic sign could've been left alone.
