    Great idea and one I'd support like a shot.

    When you consider some of the clowns that have passed their test, the remarkable thing is that they seem to have been going the right way to make a correct decision, although it wasn't actualy them that turned the applicants down.
    It seems that this point has bypassed quite a few of 'our friend to the North'.
    The application was withdrawn, NOT refused.

    As for Amanda Stavely, she seems a smart cookie.

    No doubt she will once again come out of all this rather wealthier than when she started.
    Much as she did when Abu Dhabi loaned Billions to Barclays in 08.
    AND
    Much like she did when Abu Dhabi, or if you prefer it's ruler, bought Man City.
    AND
    No doubt her failed bid for LiverpoolFC with Dubai finance was lucrative too.

    This Lady seems to have built up an excellent list of clients in the Gulf Region.
    As such she has been very successfull.

    Personaly I'm impressed.
