    I know, and we got a stupid price for him and he's now got loads to prove at Liverpool.

    I'd much rather we just offered the full cash bid, Best has proven himself to be a decent striker, not mind-blowing but the kind who's good to have in the squad.

    Ba, Erdinc?, Long and Best, a 'front 4' easily better than any of the clubs in the bottom third and arguably as good as any in the middle pack.
