Spend more time with the wife and not take her for granted.
See more of our daughter and grand kids, they only live 200 miles away.
Buy the wife a new iron and hoover, get myself a new set of golf bats.

If you've had a poor year it hasn't shown marra, which is a credit to you.

We always 'put in an effort' when we're with people and make a contribution to the crack whatever's happening elsewhere.

It seems you share the same outlook as do most of the lads on here.

A collective optimism never hurts whether it's on here, at the match or in real life.

We already know Sunderland, as a town isn't great, or as a team are struggling ....
... which is why I always rail against the 'visionary miseries' who love to come on to tell us a few 'home truths' and to take off the R&W tinted glasses.

Bollix to that ....... my optimism & fight are all I've had at times.

All the best to a great lad for 2016, you thoroughly deserve it <ok>

I have a dilema. One ive been thinking about for a few months.

I have a good job. It pays well, my psycho boss is great. I come and go as i please.

But there is this small part nagging me, to go off and do it alone. Ive spent the last 5 years learning how things are done. Not just the difference in building, but also the laws, regulations etc.

If i did venture of, and it didnt go as planned, ive thrown away an easy life. But if it did......

Guess i'll mull over it some more.

Onwards and upwards Comm! Just remember we usually only regret the things we don't do, not the things we do!

Curious... Do you have a plan?

People always moan about how hard it is to lose weight.

    What you got planned?

Well I'm at 12 and half now but I'm tall so I'm like a stick insect atm. I've recently started doing weights and trying to get around 2500 to 3000 calories a day (good calories as much as I can) and I'm going to try the whey protein stuff as I have a fast metabolism and a Labour intensive job so getting weight on and keeping it there is difficult for me.

I used to always be 14.5 but stress has kicked me all over. Hopefully that's done with now and I can crack on and be a person again
