The video they’ve put together takes the whole thing to the next level:

This is one of my best days as a City fan in years.

Don't think it is for the next 100 years. They have had 11 changes of badges far.used to be a good question, which was the last team with an Owl on their shirt to win the Football League, which was Leeds in 1969 when they won it for the first time. The year before they won the league cup for the only time in their history and the Fairs Cup. The first things they had won in their history. Revie then changed the badge as he thought birds were a sign of bad luck.<laugh>

Revie was right.

I never had much luck with birds.

No mention of the new badge on the Leeds Not606 board - anyone feeling a bit mischievous <laugh><laugh>

Go and tell them you think it's a great design <laugh><laugh>

In affirmation to the new W.S badge.

Q: What do Leeds fans and Beer bottles have in common?.

A: They're both empty from the neck up.

Have to agree, but the badge still need to have the club name on it IMO.

We didn't have the club name on a badge until 1979. To me as we are The Tigers just a tiger's head would suffice, just as Wolves and Spurs don't have a club name. The 1904 pisses me off. It reeks of Allam trying to appropriate the chant into his assertion we have been Hull City Tigers since 1904.

With a club less well known as Hull City, particularly when we were in the EPL, I could never understand the Allams thinking of not having the club name on the badge. I bought 2 shirts to take out to a customer of mine kids in Ghana. The first thing they said was which team are these for. With bigger teams that are well know international, I agree maybe not necessary to have a name, but for Hull City I felt there should be to promote the club.

In situations like that, maybe. Though Wolves are no better known internationally than ourselves.
Spurs put their name on leisure wear, just leave it off on the shirts.
