So what new things are you going to try this year? Can be anything from a new food to skydiving and anywhere inbetween. Once you've done it post what it was like please log in to view this image
It's not new really but am taking the motorhome up the alps and going skiing in it again this year. To be honest, can't ****ing wait, absolutely love it. Would fly and stay in an apartment but the flight companies just added a zero to the cost this year as England, Wales & France all have half term at the same time. can't afford that. So will instead take our own accommodation with us and travel down in it! The tenuous new thing is I'm buying snow socks for it as snow chains are an utter **** to put on and are very much for an emergency one off use anyway. So, to sum up, snow socks.
I'm thinking of a new business adventure in Italy. I'm looking to introduce Italians to the 'Full English' - selling them produce at extortionate prices from my mobile shed, such as proper bacon, sausages and educating them that you can fry eggs, might even throw in some fried tomatos and mushrooms if their nice to me. As another little side number, I'm considering introducing them to garlic bread. The sort of clients I'm aiming for is private family run businesses. Fook the hotels, just full of them business types that have no appreciation of local produce. I must remember to fill up before I commence my journey and avoid falling rocks, and any surfer types will be banned, and chief can fook off trying to use my roof as a ski slope.... please log in to view this image
They invented it mate. I once invented quesadillas, just made it up and was very pleased with myself until someone pointed out the some Mexican geezer had beat me to it hundreds of years ago.
Oh yeah, posted this recipe of a special omelette that no one else has heard of. Apart from most of Spain of course.
For goodness sake, that was the guy on the eggs advert. He made his fellow students a courgette Frittata. He was Scottish I think.
Yeah that's pretty much how quesadillas thing happened, I'd never heard of them and thought I'd invented something lovely. Then a mate of mine pointed out that they'd been around a while.
