Cheers. Got to admit I thought so too. There was a time that Bali tattoos had a bit of a poor reputation. It was also cheaper than anywhere in Australia.

The little un got this in Newquay earlier this month. Worn off now mind, so not great quality, but it's left all the necessary tan marks
