COmpletely agree with the Speke location, me and Nobelox were talking about it the other day. Good access via rail, m62 vie knowley expressway, North Wales via runcorn bridge adn the airport too. There is stacks of land there, a few recent large scale developments like that Morrisons and it is still in Liverpool.
Looks like there is a lot of split opinions on this and I know we will move on no matter what happens, I just can't get my head round it at the moment.
