For research purposes only, I though it may have been a Lesser Tit or two, but closer study revealed a pair of Great Tits...<laugh>

Some of those stadiums look very intimidating...imagine a couple of upper lofts all bellowing down on visiting teams...that would be an unpleasant welcome. Only going to work if it is full of supporters who are willing to give it their all though. Nothing worse than a stadium that doesn't really look full...not that Man City struggled with that today.

looks ok, but I want to keep the ground tight to the pitch, as if you can nearly touch the grass.

Would have to fill in the corners or we could lose the atmosphere

If we could somehow downscale the Allianz Arena from 70.000 to 35.000 it would be my choice ;)

Also the Imtech Arena / Volksparkstadion in Hamburg is very good.

These German and Swiss stadiums are designed very much with the supporter in mind. The corners are designed so that the view is good, and of course nothing to obstruct the view :)
I'm amazed of how close the fans are to the pitch in Munich considering the stadium takes 70.000.

But WHERE would we put it????

These stadiums take up a LOT of room. Even a scaled-down version will not fit too easily anywhere near LR or at LR itself.

Such a shame though...... such nice stadiums.....

Are you high? Where would we put that near Shepherd's Bush. We might as well be playing at Lord's!

Maracana, Westpac...... same sort of thing.
