does anyone think this IS the only option on the table, and NOT running in tandem with Ashton Vale, like i believe? i believe AV is dead in the water!
 
Going down with a few friends including a couple who were behind things like the open the EE petition and the types to carry a bit of clout get hundred of fans into or out of a stand.

Be interesting than hear what is said as there has been so little detail to try fans so far despite the big spin on consultation.
 
Bit difficult for anyone who does not live in Bristol why couldn't it have been done at a week end so fans who have to travel could look without having to lose a days pay?
Or perhaps in the ways of the best conspiricy theories the reason it's being done midweek is to ensure as few fans as possible will be able to attend.

There has meant to be a thorough consultation from.the off. There was one glimpse allowed earlier (in house,) difficult to attend even for those in Bristol,. Not so hard to provide details on line for fans to mull over and give an informed response.

Inclusive and open it has not been.

I am going, at least I can raise face to face points in my e mail ( unanswered) to those running the show.

Plus point, excuse for cider with friends I have not seen for a month.
 
Hello Chaps - I may try and get down there to see the plans as I'm back visiting family for a few days. Enjoying the fine weather. The curry the other night was fantastic! Want to take my kids down to AG to show them where their grandad's ashes are buried.
 
I'm tempted to have a look, although I think that it'll be a hard sell since the fans have had their hopes set on Ashton Vale for the past few years.
