Who's to say Prickford and his acolytes won't change how the fine money is allocated in the future?
After all they are skint and have told councils to cut budgets. And as I said they need to find an extra £18m to cover the costs of the ridiculous 36 extra assembly members they want.
That brings another question. Why? I saw a few debate extracts on the news last week. Attended by a man or woman and their dog. And the dog had left.
There is clearly little appetite for debate there so instead of knocking down walls to create extra desk, microphone and IT space why don't they just hot desk. Like mere mortals in the real world which clearly Prickford and his muppets know f all about.
This Labour government is totally self serving and corrupt. I'm not saying Andrew Right Twat Davies is much better but Prickford and his flockers needs to go, and quickly.
Because Drakeford has no access or claim or power to claim the speed fines. Thats it he has no authority on it.
