Ok, there are enough threads about who's going to leave / retire / etc.

So here's the "Who might we bring in" thread!

I'll kick things off: When watching the Conference Play-Off yesterday between Grimsby and Bristol Rovers, there was very little eye-catching talent on display, but there was one player that stood out. Grimsby have a centre back called Aristote Nsiala, and he looked to be by far the quality player on the pitch. Strong, quick, calm, read the game well, positioning was excellent, and he was a threat at set pieces - at least the few set pieces that were delivered with any quality.

Might be worth taking a look at some video of the lad, given the old / crap / crocked status of our current defence.

QPR are interested in signing Ghana forward Jordan Ayew according to reports in the English press.

The 23-year-old has been impressive for Lorient in their successful fight against relegation to alert clubs of his immense potential.

Ayew has regained his confidence again as a striker after leaving Marseille at the start of the season.

His immense contribution to Lorient’s survival bid.

QPR are now reportedly tracking the Ghana international as prepare for life in the Championship following their demotion from the Premier League.
 
I really hope we sign Jed Wallace scored 15 or something goals for Portsmouth from midfield. Good video of him on YouTube will upload it later. Sign him up Les!

I noticed Jamie Ward has been released from Derby.....just the sort of wide player we need.

Northern Ireland International, Pacey, hard worker and knows the division. Also only 29.
 
Ha, 'only 29' is a phrase probably only used at QPR. We should think of 29 as the upper age limit of who we want to sign. That said, don't think Ward would be a bad signing on a two year deal.

On your behalf I've been scouring the lower lower leagues for talent. Here's the pick of the crop:

Reg Kunst - German born Yorkshireman, an attacking goalkeeper. Always carries a knife. Currently contracted to Schleswig Holsteiners, Danish 3rd division. "A massive presence, defends his box as if his life depends on it" (Holsteiner Mannshaft Zeitung). Due to be released from prison (GBH) June 2015.

Billy Bantam - Lightweight left footed right back, out of contract with Kidderminster Barriers, the 'other' team from Kidderminster. who play in the Cotswolds Drystone Walling League (2nd Division). "Floats like a butterfly, stings like a butterfy" (Kidderminster Pink'Un)

Alan Average - 5'2" centre half, a towering figure at centre back for Haringey Hobbits, who climbed to 8th place in the B&Q Ladders Vertically Challenged Super League (North London section). Famous for his war cries 'I AM the tallest dwarf!" and "Toss me if you dare!"

"Mad" Max Moseley. A midfield general if ever there was one, he loves dishing out punishment almost as much as he like receiving it. Always smartly turned out, comes from a long line of extreme right wingers, which many feel is his natural position. Out of contract.

Harry "Hoppy" Harrison. Right wing wonder. Turns out for Blandford Forum Athletic United in the Dorset National Trust Premiership. "One footed, but what a foot" (Blandford Bugle). Lost his left foot in a poaching incident (shot by Duke of Edinburgh on a Duchy of Cornwall estate) aged six.

I'll keep my eyes open for other gems. You can thank me later.

We have a replacement for Phillips Ryan manning the youngster we brought in loads of potential.

Championship side Wolves have made their first summer signing, bringing in Portsmouth midfielder Jed Wallace for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old had been linked with several clubs after scoring 17 times in 50 appearances in 2014-15.
