........and Grant Holt will be gone within a week to Villa too. Not sure how many of those two are making a mistake but I nearly certain at least one of them is.
its clearly a case of 'quit while your ahead'. villa can only improve and norwich can only do the opposite. shay give, dunne, bent, nzogbia, albrighton, collins, warnock, all very good players. and he may be given a few quid to improve that base. they're going through a bad few years because of a lack of funds but lambert has the ability and nous to get them to mid table at least....
Quite possibly but only maybe has enough nous. Let me elaborate ............... This is something I have been quite critical about when it comes to PL, and more so last season. His persistence to rotate the squad, formation and tactics EVERY GAME. This might not go down quite so well with some of the Villa players. There was a feeling he could get away with at Norwich as he was the one to give them all a chance to shine, Villa is going to be different and if he does rotate as he did last season he could lose some of the dressing room. Of course that is only speculation but I think there is the potential for him to make Villa even worse than they are now.
Be surprised if MM doesn't go. The fans would like him I understand and the Club will be looking to give everyone a boost after recent events.
Hey Dahlia, we're not a nursery for your managers you know! Try Swansea, they have that reputation. Oooops, too late, someone's beaten you to it.
Like I keep saying, I like him but he's not ready for the jump yet. He will be good enough one day, just not today
Malky just not good enough then http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footballnation/cardiff-city/cardiff-city-fc/2012/06/04/91466-31107102/
my first thought too taff "McNally said yesterday that Norwich would only appoint a manager with 'top level' experience which seemed to rule out Mackay, who had already told the Canaries he was staying at Cardiff City"
Chris Houghton is the bookies favourite - by some distance too it would seem. I hope so, would really like him to manage us One day Malky, one day
