woah woah woah cant we all be friends chapper - yes technically there was no default prior to admin (that we know of) however harry is also right - in a true sense rangers have defaulted on payments - they have done so because they entered admin i think you are both getting het up over a definition here point is - and lets all be fair here - rangers have not paid their debts and are unlikely to ever do so
just to go back to an earlier statement (and I won't quote because it's not an attack on the poster but merely my thoughts) my understanding of getting players on loan is that the club don't have to pay the players club for them. they only need the club's permission to take the player on loan and the player can be recalled at any time by his club. the borrowing club only needs to agree to pay the player's wages and agree terms with the player.
