Strange game, should have been 3 up before they scored, whats new, lots of shooting practice required this week I think.

Not a barton Lover, but credit where it is due, Holiet best player on the pitch, au revoir Bobby you time is up.

Beer still crap the the ground.

Owls fans very noisy, but a few of them were a little unnecessary in Blomfontien rd when walking back to our car after the game.

What were they all chanting at the end as they walked towards the station? Loud and a bit too leery I felt. Felt so good beating them. In fact, felt good beating anyone - had begun to forget what that felt like!

Hi everyone,

I have supported the R's since the sixties, and have been to the vast majority of home games since.

I am a season ticket holder in the South Africa road stand with Mrs Cross it Dave.

We travel up from either Torbay or the Dordogne in SW France for home games, rarely go to away games these days though.

We always have pie & mash at Cookes in Goldhawk Rd before every game, generally drink in the ground.

Been a member of WATRB for quite a few years, please don't hold that against me.

I tend to be a polite poster who prefers humorous banter rather than sarcky comments, I am defintely not a ITK though. <cheers>

Welcome to the board. I live under 30 meters away from Cookes and I've never been. I probably should go soon...

What I saw took place at the junction of SAR and Blonfontien rd, a young Wednesday shirter giving us all a right mouthful, offering everyone out, he was whinging about us spending a fortune and us getting relegated.

Mrs Cross it Dave was not impressed at all.

Thanks to all for the kind welcome.

Welcome CID! Like Raving, I haven't been to Cookes either. There's always a queue outside, and I'm the impatient type. The popularity says a lot about the quality of the food though

Welcome Dave, Guess you never viewed this forum before you joined, otherwise you would have stayed well clear,

Welcome to the mad house. Please check your sanity at the door, and await your special one-sleeved jacket, which the resident care-giver, Dr 999's will fit you with shortly.

Good God have people left there brain cells at the door today?? CROSS IT DAVE is CERNY (SECRET RANGER)!!!!!!!!!! You can tell by the writing style alone it's Cerny/Secret through and through. But to pick a name that directly references one of DT's old monickers, to mention Mrs CID as Secret did with his Mrs on a regular basis, to mention ITK's and trying to set himself up as a nicey nice poster (much as he did when he came back as Secret) its all so familiar it hurts.

Also - Cross It Dave (CID) aka CERNY IN DISGUISE (CID).
