I was once with a large group of people in a pub in Winchester. They were nearly all Arsenal fans. I managed to focus fully on the game (although barely able to stand), and made my feelings very clear throughout the match. We got Bowyer & Mills sent off that night, but still won it. I was one of only 3 Leeds fans there (there was a young couple). There wasn't a cheep out of the Arsenal fans all night (well not after I got started). Point of this story? Despite the overwhelming numbers and intimidation, I supported my team, because I was a fan, wanted to watch it, and wanted to openly support my team. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I claimed to be a Leeds supporter , didn't reconise my #keeper, and said it was because 'I was with a large group of people'.
Why not just simply say that you're really not that interested in Leeds?
