New player on Monday

Shewsbury papers state Cody training at Shrews today

 

Its been found out that its not true.

I don't like all of this waiting, Cody better not be playing us about like Maher and Wright did with us

 

If you are right, Porthcawl won't be far enough away to stop me from coming over to........ ( I've had more grief from my neighbour - I don't need bad news ! )

 

It was reported at 10am today in the Shropshire Star. Although they never gave any reference to their source. I heard that someone who saw the alleged pictures of him training, stated it was not him. so I guess we will just have to wait and see.

 

I looked at them and said I could not see him.

read a few shrewsbury fans on twitter claiming that he's in the back left of the first pic on that link. Doesnt look like he's in any of the 10 on that link, but that's not to say he definitely isnt there (although there are a few pretty wide pictures)

 

can't see Cody in any of these!

 

Getting a bit worried now about this "signing". As MA said the player(s) would be announced today, there must be a hitch. Either medical,contract or the player has changed his mind. Hope we get told what has happened.

 

What a very dull thread......utterly pointless. Wait and see who we sign and then discuss.

 

I wouldn't worry, I am sure everything is fine and that we will know in good time.

 

Just as long as it's someone to play along side Kedwell

Well Bayo is training with us with 2 people posting pictures with him on Twitter. This is not good, hope he is not the 'Big signing'. Well in size he is but this is not the player we need.

 

Groan........we need Cody not the 'Beast'.

 

Not good news at all. I wasn't overly impressed with him first time around and Northampton rated Clive Platt above him. Would rather have Danny Kedwell any day of the week. We will need another pacy striker if we sign akinfenwa too.

 

I liked him first time round but we have Kedwell now and he is 10 times better than Bayo.

 

This is just what I didn't want to happen.
