SAy what you like abahrt TS, he uses no-one but the best lawyers. If he's been listening to them he hasn't got a problem, but if he has decided he doesn't need their advice, same as he didn't need advice about running a football club, then he will have a problem. We'll see tomorrow (hopefully).

I think we're not posting about the (non)sale because
A) It's an unedifying act of abuse of our Club that none of us can do anything about.
B) none of us knows what the f**K is going on, and none of us feels the need to pretend otherwise.

TC seems to know more than all of us put together. And I'd rather read his thoughts than all the ITK protagonists on other forums.

TC is a good lad.
 
It's hard to say much about something when you haven't got a clue what is going on. Even TC seems to have nothing new to add beyond keeping our libelous comments tasteful.

New thread for the non takeover, our old chum Dicky has been called out as telling a whopper.
Page 1 he's had contact with Methven, on page 10 he says he has not<doh>.
Ivoritis this is known as<laugh>
 
We're so lucky to have the ITK to spread their wisdom among us.

And remember, it's not a fact until it happens (even if they post it as though it's factual), so don't moan at the ITK when they say a whole load stuff that then doesn't happen.
They're only speaking up for our benefit <doh>
