Pretty sure Elliott was only the face front working for Farnell, also pretty sure Farnell will not be out of pocket as at some time in the last 6 months he has represented both Nimer and Southall and probably has enough on both of them to ensure he gets his meat.
From what I've gathered TS has bought CAFC from ESI. That will mean Sandgaard has paid some wedge to Nimer, and Southall was forced to give up his 35%.
I'm not certain this is correct.
But I'm hoping Elliott will get nothing.
So (if my info is right) the court case will be a fight between Nimer and Elliott for whatever Sandgaard paid the former.
