Elliott's appeal has been accepted.
Thomas Sandgaard cannot buy CAFC until after the appeal is decided. That may not be until week commencing 14th Sep, or 21st Sep.
And only if Elliott loses the appeal of course.
I an now thinking Elliott will win his appeal.
Which means (unless the EFL does a U-turn and passes PE as a fit & proper owner) CAFC will lose its EFL licence to play, and be expelled from the Leagues.

If what I've seen on ITTV and CL is true, Sandgaard has just pulled down the trousers of every member of both ESI's, and they'll be scrapping it out in a car park for the pound they invested. Hopefully bankruptcies for all, and signings for us.

Surely there will be a storm of legal challenges to this 'deal' between Sandgaard and Duchatelet.
I know between them those two can afford the best lawyers on the planet.
