Just appeared on ITTV that Saandgard has passed the OADT test while passing on funds to a holding account to keep the Addicks solvent this season. I don't think he knows much about football in England. The usual method was to empty the club accounts, pretend to be negotiating for players before popping up on twitter to badmouth your partners. Could be the Dane has a new way of doing things?

<laugh>

Iss shockin juss shockin

I’ll whisper it quietly, but I prefer The Clash and The Skids to Metallica. But if Sandgaard’s investment puts a smile on LLB’s face, he can play Master of Puppets in full at his time of choosing.

Elliott's appeal has been accepted.

Thomas Sandgaard cannot buy CAFC until after the appeal is decided. That may not be until week commencing 14th Sep, or 21st Sep.
And only if Elliott loses the appeal of course.

I an now thinking Elliott will win his appeal.
Which means (unless the EFL does a U-turn and passes PE as a fit & proper owner) CAFC will lose its EFL licence to play, and be expelled from the Leagues.

Now it seems things are back on track, @Smudger603 can elaborate hopefully..

It can't be true.

Someone has slipped something into my drink.
Only I haven't had a drink.

Real life doesn't work like this. I must be dreaming...

Now my brain has actually re-engaged...

Surely there will be a storm of legal challenges to this 'deal' between Sandgaard and Duchatelet.

I know between them those two can afford the best lawyers on the planet.
But this had better be watertight.

Sandgaard Capital is a privately-held family office founded by Thomas Sandgaard.
Sandgaard Capital invests in professional sports teams, feature films, healthcare, technology, and commercial real estate.
We are socially responsible entrepreneurs and investors with a global network of executive contacts, a long track record of building successful businesses across multiple industries, and a core mission to partner with management teams to build value. Our single source of capital allows us to do so without restriction on industry, investment structure, or time horizon.
We are also committed to supporting and improving the communities in which we live, work and invest. Our non-profit philanthropic organization, the Sandgaard Foundation, provides support to a variety of organizations – particularly those focusing on healthcare, education, arts, and children. Charities that the Foundation passionately supports include the Colorado Cancer League, Rachel’s Challenge, There With Care, the Dumb Friends League, as well as nationwide efforts to decrease the habitual use of prescription pain medication, addiction prevention, and supporting victims and their families.
We look forward to partnering with you.
Sandgaard Capital welcomes investment proposals and referrals, and assures that all proposals and referrals receive adequate and timely consideration. We recognize the often delicate nature of confidential information, and handle each situation with great discretion.

So looks like Charlton will be the first of many - Charlton part of a network - who'd have thought it?
