I assume you mean 3 new rival potential bidders rather than 3 people owning it together in some consortium? Lazy wording doesn't make it clear.
He put it up for sale so why wouldn't he sell it, why would he go back on his word? He does what he says and he says what he'll do...remember
Burnsie seemed pretty certain there was interest from 3 parties. The problem was that he them reiterated Allam's comment about 'a good home'. Makes you wonder if the sticking point is that Allam wants certain guarantees before he will sell. Never the less I can see us having new owners in the summer and the deal will start to happen once Premier league football is hopefully assured.
It could well be a case of out of the frying pan and into the fire, often the devil you know is preferable the devil you don’t know. Beware of what you crave.
I only brought it up as Burnsie did last night. He did seem adamant that there were interested parties though.
Burnsie made the same claim 2/3 weeks ago and as I recall 1 of the three would not be interested if there was no name change
Not a stupid thing at all. As much as I dislike Allam I'd rather him than say another Vincent Tan, the Venkys, Hicks and Gillett, Ridsdale, etc.
It would surely be Allam's fault if he sold the club to someone who was incompetent but just offered him a load of money so they got it? It would just reflect even more badly on him.
