The story goes, some time before buying the club, an informal chat was had and the impression given was, yes,the ground would be made available. They get the club and formally approach the council. And here we are today.
I can assure you they have!! My workmates friend is an accountant and informed him 2 years ago that they have already had their money back +.
This is one that will run and run long after they have gone. As accounts and balance sheets are a mystery to me, my simple answer is, yeah, they must have. Somehow. But not going to argue the point. I will also accept "you're wrong"
Further to my post above, I am prepared to be swayed by facts and figures. But I'm sorry, mate of a mate is hardly conclusive fact.
Then the friend of your workmate knows the auditors lied when they signed off the accounts as a true and accurate record. I wonder if he fulfilled his or her duty and reported the auditors to the relevant regulatory body.
You don't seriously think that what they made from Hull City will ever be revealed do you ?? Firstly how does putting in £40 million like they said they've put in equate to be owed £63 million??? That s after interest payments of between £14/20 million.. Don't get taken in by the Allams
They paid off Bartlett's debts of £40 million and then gave around an additional £50 million for Bruce to spend.
Can you break down where this money really came from? I don't believe it came purely from their own pocket. They've received and continue to receive tens of millions from PL money, that surely hasn't only covered wages & running costs. They've also received and continue to receive money from transfer fees (sales). They've also taken interest on their gift all this time, and they've charged 'administration' fees for their 'services'. Rather than the balance sheet, cash flow analysis is likely more revealing? I too am of the opinion that they'll have had more than their money back over their tenure. #thegiftthatkeptongiving(tothem)
By offsetting any early year losses at City against Allam Marines accounts, I'm sure it's a distinct possibility they have had all their money back, and certainly by the time they receive whatever is the agreed sale price for the club, will be quids in!
Maybe one day I'll do it, but not today, sorry. I've just got back from holiday and demob happy. I think I've said what they've taken out and how much they've put in earlier on the thread but it doesn't include where Allamhouse got the money to put in. On a lighter note do you know how much I could charge for the information you're asking for
