No one is suggesting get rid of the Fair. It has been held in a number of locations during its history. It has only been on Walton Street for about a fifth of its history.
This Hull Fair debate. It's irrelevant. The buyers only need the KC, it's immediate surrounds and some of the waste land. Walton St car park, West Park, Hull Fair carry on 'as is'. It was only Allam Snr who wanted the whole lot for his sports village vision.
Think you will find that anyone buying a football club would want to redevelop the area around the stadium not sites miles away with no connection.
