Caused a bit of a furore in the local rag. Meanwhile down south, 200 villagers turned up to protest about travellers who refused to leave their village green. The police turned up with dogs. No prizes for guessing which group they were facing with the dogs and who they threatened with arrest if they didn't disperse. Eventually the travellers were escorted off by police and a dispersal order which enabled them to remove the travellers but also preventing further protests was issued. The world has gone mad. You read my post saying it wouldn't have been dealt with as quickly here as officers are not routinely armed as they are in Spain by stating that the terrorists were shot hours later (they weren't) and that they were shot by specialist snipers (they weren't).
