In the short term yes. The evictions took place in our second season in the Premier League and the ground was more or less full every match. I recently found out that the club actually believed it was between 200-500 people who were getting in on concession passes and even that was little more than a guess. It was an excuse, rather than a genuine reason for change.
Doesn't matter, Chazz always likes to latch on to these things and block out everything else. Then he makes sarcastic posts about everyone else 'quietly forgetting' it. The dodgy passes thing was obviously complete bollocks from the start.
