Or we are here because we are bored. You can only spend so much time a day in conversation with the better half or watching daytime TV. Have to have an outlet somewhere.

I have never had a bad conversation with the ticket office staff, they are always polite and helpful, even when I have phoned just before they closed, they took the time. (I needed to get some tickets changed so a mate could sit with me.)
I've never had any issues either. We're talking about staff employed by the Club who'll hopefully still be in employment now.People may have had issues with Ehab Allam but he didn't instruct his staff to be ****s and Acun hasn't walked in and told them to reverse the process???
To be fair I never really had a bad experience in terms of staff attitude, but I have had bad experiences in terms of poor service and lack of response. I think that has largely been down to underinvesting in the relevant areas (failing to sort out bank details and having personal stuff delivered to the wrong address was very poor) but I don’t blame the individual involved…I blame the fact that there was only an individual trying to do it! (membership team…was actually one poor bloke on his own)
lately yes, but there was a girl at one time, but I agree, it is generally just one person who gets help from others when there is a rush on.
The original post touched on 'abrupt' staff,that was my point.However,if there are issues with staff shortages and mistakes(especially one's involving personal details), then absolutely it needs addressing.
I know. I was agreeing with you. Poor handling of personal details does need addressing, but it wasn’t. I never followed it up but I did email about it (my bank details etc being sent to someone else) and got no response at all.
