The ITKs were passing on info from sources hitherto correct. Both sides of the deal were saying the same thing. You call me childish but I'm not the one trying to discredit folks over timing when everything else has been right. Something unforseen has held it up obviously. That doesn't mean they weren't passing on info that was to all intents and purposes the feeling of those close to the deal at he time. Not only that the "ITK's as you call them have generally been quite open that they're reporting what they're told. Take it or leave it and things are always subject to change. Like I've said before, you've been given 5 numbers on next week's lottery and complaining because you've not been given the bonus number.
It wasn’t “held up” because it never happened. It had not been submitted, therefore it could not be “held up” This isn’t about opinions. It was factually wrong. No transfer of shares. No EFL approval. Owners test not approved. A “done” deal is not subject to change because it’s Done. It’s really really simple Stop twisting & accept the facts……

Im not having a dig ….its all well & good passing on info…..it’s a totally different level when people claim that’s its “totally done” when parts of the deal hadn’t even started at that stage. It’s about accuracy TBH the incorrect facts don’t piss me that much, it’s the twisting & trying to reinvent the timeline to save face that really really pisses me off.
