Looking at one of the ones on my desk at the moment, the Petition was sealed by the High Court on the last week of December 2021 for hearing on first week of February 2022, we served on 23 December 2021. (The reason I haven't given the exact date, is because it is sensitive information and the dates make it traceable.)
So the Order will be made on the first week in February unless the Petition is withdrawn or applications are made to the court for set aside by the debtor company. So just over six weeks from Petition to Order.

Insects apparently, OK it was for vegan dog food (that's pretty ****ed up in it's own way) but vegan dog food can contain protein made from insects.

If that was true why would he have paid Bartlett £6m for his shares in the SMC?
Can you prove any link between Bartlett and Allam pre the sale?

It's much easier to believe a rumour that fits a narrative than a truth that doesn't.

If his only interest was developing the stadium then why fund the club to 2 promotions and invest in the football side of the business?

I'm not sure any sense can be made of the Allams' investment in the football side. Over the years they were here it veered between probably excessive spending and at other times none at all, before eventually settling on a standard of next to nothing for the last few years. It was as haphazard and disorganised as the rest of their thinking.

The first reported, that I can find, time "gift" was used, was by Adam Pearson and Assem Allam in a Yorkshire Post interview dated 17th December

Your post a few pages back was the story told at the time. It was all about development of the stadium and surrounding area.

Then last year a poster revealed papa had indeed put money into the Bartlett regime. That revelation made much more sense to me as to the haste in which Allam bought the club.
AP stated administration was not an option, there was nothing to administer.
After the tax man was paid, priority went to football debtors. Papa would lose out.

Not if it’s actual vegan dog food it can’t.

For the record we’re vegan but our dogs aren’t

I would not like to be in the same room as a vegan dog when it farts. Just saying.

Bit odd people's obsession with the smell of vegan farts.

They smell considerably less than meat eaters, due to their being no rotting meat to add texture...

If mine smelt like people think they did I'd be selling them at £700 a jar!

My point was people often refer to a winding up petition as a winding up order. Very few EFL clubs, if any, will have gone from petition to order in that timescale. :emoticon-0100-smile

I'm suspicious she was actually selling her dog fart gas. Her dogs were often farting on the TV prog. Erm so my friend told me.

The story about the Allams having an investment in City under Bartlett seems to be a relatively new one, has any evidence ever been shown in accounts or such like?
