Thought he was Besiktas for some reason. No doubt the SAG will explain to him how it is too dangerous to allow fans to stand up in the high, steep West Upper like they do at Fenerbahce.
They already bought it once didn’t they?(although had sisters husband run it?) Regardless, why the **** would the owners, that saved it after that ownership followed by the circus, want to sell him it?
Dunno, why did Cardiff sell to Ridsdale? Football is a funny business these days. And cash is king unfortunately.
I rang one of their Directors the other night, about something completely unrelated to football. It was the night of their game against the City development squad and he was there watching it. I suspect they’re not in it for the money, and wouldn’t want to be known for selling anything to him
I'm sure if he really wanted to buy a club, he'd get one somewhere. Maybe not Ferriby if it's that personal, but someone will sell.
Leveraged buyout? Ehab Chairman. He could have his own reserved bike rack outside Bramall Lane. Nice thinking... I suspect it might be a club that's just got a new community stadium which is currently languishing in a league even below the Grims. Fan owned, but that's not exactly working out, and it's a bigger club than its current position in the pyramid you'd think you could get a return on quite quickly. Oh, and our ressies play there.... That's where money my would go if I had a mil or two to 'try and do a Pearson' with.
I'm like a kid at Christmas peeking on here expectedly for THAT gift that all the kids have been hoping for !!! Please, please, pretty please, with multiple cherries on top
