I think Hughes does a great job. And his enthusiasm for City and desire for them to do well shines through without stretching into bias.
Troubles me? You seem to be the one who originally posed the questions. He and I have traded several e-mails over the years. He even gave me a tour of the RH studios about 15 years ago.
He does do a decent job. His usage of words makes me smile. It was great when David Myler was analysing. He was excellent, and clearly retains big affection for City.
Bryan Hughes is a decent analyst, but he could do a lot to spice it up if he shed his monotone presentation.
Thought it was common knowledge. He wasceducated at Fettes. Known as the Scottish Eton when he was there. Has altered in recent years.
Unlike Blair I came from a working class background. So no fancy public schools for me. Do they teach typing at Fettes, Eton, Winchester...?
