I had trouble with them, Spurf. I eventually sent an email, outlining my complaint, to their Chief Executive in the states. it was remarkable. They couldn't seem to do enough for me after that! Worth a try if you've got real problems.

Sure it was PNP, those 2 used to invite to all sorts of shady rendezvous' in my mod days <laugh>
