I suppose it depends on the length of his holiday. If its a couple of days more, then it might be okay. If its a couple of weeks, then obviously something must be wrong.
I think Nigel might of let Konchesky have the extra bit because of his age. Wellens was saying him and Konchesky only train 4 days a week while the rest train 5 or 6
