Right we've got Pops, man of wisdom, bringer of prediction league. Com bringer of drunken outlandish behaviour but knows what's needed to be done and don't take no ****. Gordon, Gentleman on the more sensitive side. There's good balance there providing they work as a team. One more needed. My three votes are Tel, Haslam or QWOP, neutrals to maintain the balance we've now got in place. I'd be happy with any of those. Think we'd benefit from a Neutral as mod.
Thought you said he had other commitments? Which made sense given he never about long. I thought he'd stepped aside. I'd get shot of him too personally, he's never here for an extended period of time, he comes on, replies to a few posts then goes. Nowt against him but he clearly doesn't have the time. I have had 4 post conversations with him that have taken 3 days to complete because he's in and out.
He has a full time job plus his other musical thingy so he`s going to be limited. He hasn`t stepped aside and gets on when he can.
He may be well pleased to be out of it but it`s a bit harsh to say get shot mate don`t you think? After all he did step in to help out when nobody else wanted anything to do with it.

. I personally think Mods not being about has been a main part of the problem, So Marcus is part of the problem. Nothing against him as a person. He's got a life, fair play, his absence doesn't help here though. Keeping a mod that has no time mod seems utterly pointless. But fair play if he hasn't stepped aside, up to him of course, your comments in the op looked like he had. If they didn't they explain he probibly should if another replacement could be found. Somebody who's never here shouldn't fill a role which could be filled by people who can be. Just common sense to me.
Maybe I can just put sentimentality aside too easy, but i wasn't attacking Marcus as person at all. Me backing Com in the role should surly show it's not personal to me.
