Gradi's a bit like Wenger- obviously worked wonders, but now needs to step aside for the good of everybody, before his reputation gets tainted.
I think that's all they are......... rumours, Dario certainly looks set to see out this season, (in actual fact I think he will keep going until his health stops him) I also think that Steve Davis the current assistant manager stands a good chance of replacing him.
