"It's a bit more special because it's my first job in a foreign country, in a foreign language," he continued. "It's not easy for me, I have to improve my language. I like the first moment to start with a new team with new players because it's a bit like when you meet a girl on the first day, it's really exciting.

"You have to feel it. Is there something special? Maybe between the players, the club and me, I feel that. That's given a comfortable feeling for me and for the next days, I liked these first days."

Have to say, I'm really enthused by his brand of football which I'm sure will ultimately have is all of our seats, but more importantly with the man himself. Every interview, he's been cool and calm, wouldn't be drawn by inane questions and seems self assured that what he wants to happen will happen...
