Our owner brings a passion and drive that we needed badly. Sure he will make a few gaffs here and there but who really cares about that. He backed Liam in January and just missed out. He will back Walter in the summer and I think we can look forward to seeing some exciting signings coming in. I think we will be fully utilising the loan market and I expect to see some good loan players join us. I will be sad to see Greaves and Philo go but not surprised. I am expecting we will finish in the top six next year, that’s my gut feeling. Expect to see a new spine of the team coming in. I also would like to see a real hard bastard leader in the middle.
I think Tim's going to need a season, and fully expect him to be afford it if we finish in the top 10 playing his style of football.
Acun only ever talked about top 10 last year. He’s clearly more ambitious in private.
I take what Acun says about attacking football in good faith and believe that Liam would still be here if he delivered on that front. If Tim plays the football promised and finishes in the top 10 I think Acun will stick by him.

Its all well and good having an entertainment level to aspire to - but at some point that needs to see results to. Acun wants to get to the PL - if we don’t manage it this season that means it’ll be at least 3 and a half years into his ownership before we get there. How long will he wait?
You're a very odd person. I don't imply that, nor have I ever. All I did was point out what he said in that meeting, as have others, and you respond with hysterical rants about how we're impugning Acun's integrity. As many have tried to make you understand, Acun did something stupid. Rather than say to yourself, I missed the start and therefore I might have missed that remark, you instead attacked all the people who mentioned it. The bar obviously changed following the Jan recruitment. Clearly felt he didn't he didn't fulfil the potential of the squad at his disposal in the second half of the season.
He can't exactly say top 6 next season when we only have half a squad currently though. Suspect the target will be refined based on the success of the recruitment.
Yeh he did say that which I took for meaning if we got promoted the attacking football would have been worth sacrificing which seems reasonable to me.
