Did you listen to it? Because he compared Ozan to Connolly and said these things happen, fair enough. His point was why are we playing an unfit striker and leaving Ohio out entirely, who when he did play was productive.

It's why I think it was clumsy, but not in the eviscerating way it's been interpreted by some.

It's just unusual in our culture to name names unless you're trying to pin blame

Ohio was visibly unfit too, and I don't really understand Acun's point as we've not seen Connolly since he 'fouled' the Norwich keeper.

And no it shouldn't happen. If a player is substantially unfit when they're doing a medical they shouldn't be signed.

I think you're getting to the point where you're attempting to dig into the minutia of something you probably haven't seen.

He tried to use specific examples to illustrate how the board/recruitment team and Liam's ideas were different in terms of the talent he had. He shouldn't have named names and a more eloquent deployment of the English language could have achieved that through inference and implications without naming names.

He tried to caveat what he was saying in relation to each, but I think it came across as more personal than intended.

He mentioned both. Seems every group should not be criticised. Except white English males

It might be because that particular group have become very whiney recently about everybody else getting more attention.

Of course every group can be criticised, it's why the criticism is levelled that matters.

SWCM (or swackums as they're sometimes lovingly referred to) have become a bit of a meme, but that always happens when the loudest voices that represent those groups are daft as a brush.

I am sure you will get over your feelings of inadequacy with a little help.

I'm not criticising anybody, not challenging anybody challenging that criticism.

Just think you're acting like a petulant kid not getting the attention he deserves. Waaa.

But keep going if you want. It's your life...

Bit of a daft lad, aren’t you? Petulant about what? You come across as that type.
