So to summarise, Acun is letting us know that they've had a difference of opinion over players being selected, sounds like he is suggesting Liam had his favourites, and Acun wasn't impressed, tbf what has said so far is bang on, we've all said as much, however I doubt Allsop, Connoly will be here when the season starts, and Sinik will !

I think you've got to respect Acun for fronting up here. Im sure there's a lot more thats happened between Acun and Liam but he's not going to bad mouth him... he's trying to keep it as professional as possible whilst explaining his reasons to the fans.

As Acun said, he let Liam do what he wants, he was the manager.. but you are held accountable for your actions when they dont work out.. it seems Liam refused to accept he was wrong... the keeper situation, no striker, pointless possession when losing.. I fully agree with Acun, maybe not his execution but with what he's saying. How can you move forward with a manager who's too stubborn to accept when something isnt working?

Many of us said these strange decisions would eventually cost Liam his job.. I think maybe he thought he was untouchable because of his links with the city. For me Liam was very naive.
