Tbf I imagine Rosenior was unhappy at feeling under pressure to drop Ingram from the squad in the first place. He'd been saying all season how happy he was with both keepers.
Rosie might say he was happy with both keepers, but he didn't rate Ingram hence why he was dropped very quickly and not brought back in when Allsop was in much worse form then Ingram was when he was dropped.
Yeah, I'm not trying to say who's right and wrong, just that it illustrates the divergence in approach between board and coach.
Possibly. He certainly had a lot of faith in Allsop regardless. Enough to put his own position at risk.
His stubbornness needs to change if he really wants to be successful long term in football. He's young and inexperienced and he needs to accept when he's wrong and act to change things. Digging his heals in isn't going to help
I'm still not convinced that we weren't shafted by MS at the end of the 2016/17 season. We went down Watford just stayed up, MS resigns, joins Watford 2 days later. Can't beat a good conspiracy theory
Rosenior is nowhere near good enough for Norwich, he needs League 1, do a good job, get promotion with who ever, then establish them in the Champ, then he might be good enough for Norwich
Love him or hate him, in the space of 18 months he turned us from a club avoiding relegation to a club that only just missed out on the top 6. The reasoning behind his dismissal with us, rightly or wrongly, has been done to death, but it's crazy to suggest he needs to drop to a lower league. He's clearly shown he's at least good enough for this level.
As we have spoke about for hundreds of pages, Rosenior had the play offs in the bag at Christmas, AND ****ED IT UP, with a fantastic squad.
